Full Bespoke
Within our women’s tailoring collection at McCann Bespoke, both Full and Semi-Bespoke pieces undergo a meticulous process of hand drafting, cutting, and stitching. Full bespoke items, in particular, involve an additional ‘baste’ fitting, typically scheduled 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. During this fitting, your garment takes form, revealing visible canvas, stitching, and intricate details, with the lining yet to be added. Through a comprehensive consultation with your tailor, we ensure your complete satisfaction with both the fit and design, tailoring each piece to your unique measurements.
At McCann Bespoke, we go beyond standard offerings. We assist you in finding pieces tailored precisely to your measurements, and if you have a specific design in mind, we are more than capable of bringing it to life. The ‘final fitting’ marks the completion of your garment, incorporating any necessary adjustments identified during the baste fitting. Ready to be embraced and cherished, the lead times can vary, especially during busier periods, and are not strictly defined. The Bespoke Process
Consultation
Our expert made to measure style consultants will seek to understand what garments and styles you currently wear, can utilise their expertise to help you select correct cloths and linings for you.
First Fitting
Our tailors will take in excess of 15 of your measurements to ensure an accurate assessment of your physique, and a perfectly fitting garment.
Final / Second Fitting
8 weeks after the appointment, your garments will be ready for fitting. Here, our tailors will assess the fit of the garments. Once you and our tailors are happy with the fit, you may your garments home to enjoy!
