Fit Guarantee

We are extremely confident you’ll be delighted with your garments. On the rare occasion this is not the case, then we offer free alterations as part of our Fit Guarantee.

The alterations we include are: jacket fit (chest waist hip, sleeve), sleeve length, trouser waist, fit and length. Other alterations are available at an additional cost.

As products are made to order, to your unique specifications and measurements, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchange. However, if the garment is faulty or does not meet your fitting requirements, then we will happily remake the item for no additional cost.
