How it works – online
1. Choose Your Fabric
Select your cloth first, this sets the look, weight, and seasonality of your garment.
2. Customise Your Design
Choose your design options and finishing details in our online customiser, step by step.
3. Measurements For A Flawless Fit
After you place your order, your confirmation email will give you two options:
- If you need a hand, our measurement guide will walk you through it here.
- Book an in-store measurement appointment with one of our tailors.
4. Your Order Goes Into Production
Once your details and measurements are confirmed, your garment is made to order using your selected fabric and design choices.
5. Delivery Or Collection
Choose home delivery or store collection at checkout. We’ll notify you once it’s ready.
